BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve an historic preservation
loan request for $25,795 from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund for the exterior
renovation of the residence at 2629 North, Beaumont, Texas, to include a new roof and
windows, painting and general repairs to the exterior of the house. The terms of the loan
will be $537.50 per month for 48 months.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
November, 2007.
