BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of
$100,000 to be funded from the 2007 HOME Program for the purchase of one pre-existing
scattered-site home, the location of which will be determined and reviewed at a later date,
to be retained as lease property for no more than thirty-six (36) months and sold to an
eligible low/moderate income family.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
November, 2007.
