WHEREAS, on October 4, 2007, bids were solicited for a contract for the First
Baptist Church Parking Lot Construction Project; and,
WHEREAS, H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $269,000 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by H. B. Neild and
Sons, Inc., of Beaumont, 'T'exas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, for a contract
for the First Baptist Church Parking Lot Construction Project in the amount of$269,000 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
