BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
in the amount of$26,614 to Zoll Data forthe renewal of an annual maintenance agreement
for software support used by Cash Management and Emergency Management (EMS)for
patient field reporting and EMS billing for an annual period beginning October 1, 2007.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
October, 2007.
