BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco, Ltd., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of$429,796.02 for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of
Small Diameter Mains Contract - XIII.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
October, 2007.
