BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment in the amount of $81,400 to CST
Environmental, Inc.,of Houston,Texas,for emergency demolition services at 320 College
Street as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
October, 2007.
