BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals are authorized to deposit, withdraw, invest, transfer and
manage the City's funds:
Kyle Hayes, City Manager
Max S. Duplant, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Laura Clark, Budget Officer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT effective October 15, 2007, Max S. Duplant,
Finance Officer, will no longer be a designated investment official for the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
October, 2007.
