BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
up to an amount of $1,388,000 from the Department of Homeland Security 2007 Port
Security Grant Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
