WHEREAS, one (1) bid was received for furnishing and installing draperies for the
Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, McKnight Drapery Service submitted a bid in the amount of$84,500;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by McKnight
Drapery Service should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by McKnight Drapery Service for furnishing and installing draperies
on nineteen (19)windows in the north and south lobbies and second floor lobby windows
in the amount of$84,500 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
