BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a five (5)year contract,
with an option to renew for a second five (5) year term, for approximately ten (10)
photographic traffic signal enforcement services with American Traffic Solutions, Inc. of
Scottsdale, Arizona through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC). The monthly
fee per intersection approach is $4,821.25
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
August, 2007.
