BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Insituform Technologies, Inc., Houston, Texas through the Texas Association of School
Boards (TASB) Buyboard cooperative purchasing program in the amount of$349,620 for
the Oaks Historic District Water Main Rehabilitation Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
August, 2007.
