BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Memorandum of
Agreement with the Warren Independent School District forthe use of their school facilities
as a temporary shelter for Beaumont emergency workers and equipment in the event of
a man made or natural disaster requiring such shelter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
August, 2007.
