WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase water treatment
chemicals for use by the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, the following vendors submitted bids at the unit costs shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the above
vendors, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above vendors, for an annual contract to purchase water
treatment chemicals for use by the Water Utilities Department in unit amounts shown
above for an estimated total cost of$218,840 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
