BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the payment of $98,883.93 to the Beaumont
Council of Garden Clubs for reimbursement of costs associated with Hurricane Rita repairs
to the Beaumont Botanical Gardens and the Warren Loose Conservatory located in Tyrrell
Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of July,
2007.
