BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the payment of $44,240.15 to Mustang Cat of
Beaumont for repairs to a 1999 Caterpillar D7R bulldozer, Unit 5085, Solid Waste Landfill
Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of July,
2007.
