WHEREAS,the claim of Brian Perdue has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, June 19, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Brian Perdue
in the amount of Twelve-Thousand Eight-Hundred and Five Dollars ($12,805).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11 th day of July,
2007.
