BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Western
Towers, Inc., San Angelo, Texas, in the amount of$140,758 for the Loeb Radio Towers
Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
June, 2007.
