BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes Schindler Elevator Company to furnish all labor,
material and equipment to refurbish three (3) elevator cabs located in City Hall and the
Civic Center at a total cost of$36,864.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
June, 2007.
