WHEREAS, bids were requested from the State of Texas Catalog Information
Systems Vendors (CISV) for furnishing and installing a new security card access system
for the Municipal Court Building including the new 911 Operations Center located at 700
Orleans; and,
WHEREAS, SecureNet, Inc., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$67,753.96; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by SecureNet, Inc.,
Houston, Texas, should be accepted;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by SecureNet, Inc., Houston, Texas, for furnishing and installing
a new security card access system for the Municipal Court Building including the new 911
Operations Center located at 700 Orleans in the amount of $67,753.96 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
