BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves naming Dr. Lulu Smith as the Ambassador to the
Arts for the City of Beaumont. Dr. Smith would represent the City on the boards of the Art
i
Museum of Southeast Texas, Texas Energy Museum and Jefferson Theatre Preservation
Society for an initial term of one year, renewable on an annual basis at the discretion of the
Mayor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
