BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., (AT&T Texas)to allow the use of its premises at 220
Main Street bythe City of Beaumont as an alternate Emergency Operations Center(EOC).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
