BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to sign a memorandum of
agreement with the Federal Bureau of Prisons to provide canine support during prison
escapes and other canine assistance if necessary.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
