BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to maintain a memorandum of
agreement with the Port of Beaumont for communications support and tactical response
during emergency operations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
