BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to sign a memorandum of
agreement with the Beaumont Independent School District (BISD) for the purpose of
assisting with transportation, manpower,facility and communications support during times
of emergency operations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
