BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute and maintain
memorandums of agreement with St. Elizabeth Hospital, Memorial Hermann Baptist
Hospital, Sabine Tabernacle, American Legion, Beaumont Preservation Partners, which
are providing shelter and support facilities for City of Beaumont personnel and equipment
during times of emergency operations
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of May,
2007.
