WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies to construct a new ticket booth at the Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Goss Building, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of $95,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Goss Building,
Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Goss Building, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, for furnishing all
labor, materials, equipment and supplies to construct a new ticket booth at the Landfill in
the amount of$95,000 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
March, 2007.
