BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a RAE System hazardous
environment detection rapid deployment kit system through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program at a total cost of$99,435.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
