WHEREAS, bids were received for purchasing six (6) standby generator power
systems for installation as shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A & A Electric
Company, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A&A Electric Company, Beaumont, Texas, for purchasing six
(6) standby generator power systems for installation as shown above in the amount of
$122,630 in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
