WHEREAS, bids were received fora contract for mowing City-owned and abandoned
and vacant properties; and,
WHEREAS, Perfect Cut Lawn Care, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
estimated annual amount of$45,420 in the unit amounts as shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Perfect Cut Lawn
Care, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Perfect Cut Lawn Care, Beaumont, Texas, for an annual
contract for mowing City-owned and abandoned and vacant properties in the amount of
$45,420 in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
