BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a 2007 Ford Expedition and a
2007 Ford F-150 Super Cab for use by the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force from
Philpott Motors of Nederland through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
cooperative purchasing program in the amount of$43,792.97.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
