WHEREAS,the claim of Umeki Coleman A/N/F of Jonathan Coleman, a minor, has
been discussed in an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, March 6,2007;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Umeki
Coleman A/N/F of Jonathan Coleman, a minor, in the amount of Ten-Thousand ($10,000)
Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2007.
