BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of law enforcement digital
emergency radio equipment from Motorola through the Houston-Galveston Area Council
(H-GAC) in the amount of$771,998.49 as shown below:
