Per my phone conversation with Beaumont City Manager James Kyle Hayes about
2:04prn today, January 31 2007, in which I requested copies of all faxes I sent to Beaumont
City Administrative Faxline 880-3112 ,
this is my written request of that oral request .
As per my oral request, I do ask that photocopy copy setting be used to accurately
reproduce the tonal range covered by the faxes. Most included photos ( b/w ) .
Also, per that phone call, I request copies of the data sheets used by Manager
J.K.Hayes to state that the Beaumont Police came to my home many times and recorded a
disposition that no criminal activity was involved.
If any information is not provided, please cite the specific legal clauses that you feel
justify that action - with appeal procedures.
