WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide temporary
employees to fill business office positions and to provide skilled and unskilled laborers for
City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Personnel Staffing of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid at the hourly
rapes shown below:
Office I Office II Skilled Laborer Unskilled Laborer
$9.80/hr. $10.50/hr. $11.20/hr. $10.50/hr.

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Personnel
Staffing should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Personnel Staffing at the hourly amounts shown above be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
