BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment of an invoice in the amount of
$31,996.50 to SHI Government Solutions for reinstatement of an annual maintenance
agreement for International Business Machines, Lotus Notes, electronic email software
support for an annual period beginning January, 2007.
