BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment of invoices in the total amount of
$216,231.60 to SunGard HTE, Inc.,for an annual maintenance agreement for OSSI public
safety software support for an annual period beginning January, 2007.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
January, 2007.
