WHEREAS, the claim of Paul Henderson has been discussed in an Executive
SE;ssion properly called and held Tuesday, January 9, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Paul
Henderson in the amount of Eleven-Thousand Four-Hundred Twenty-Three and 49/100
($11,423.49) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
January, 2007.
