BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment in the amount of$45,952.35 to Mustang
Cat of Beaumont for repairs to a 1999 Caterpillar D7R bulldozer (Unit 5085) used by the
Solid Waste Landfill Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
January, 2007.
