BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Black&Vernooy,
Austin, Texas, in the estimated amount of $30,000 for consulting services related to
Planning Services for Downtown Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
January, 2007.
