WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies for the construction of a fourteen (14) unit nested tee hangar at the Beaumont
Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Brammer Construction, Nederland, Texas, submitted a bid in the
arnount of$649,500; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brammer
Construction, Nederland, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brammer Construction, Nederland, Texas, furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and supplies for the construction of a fourteen (14) unit nested tee
hangar at the Beaumont Municipal Airport in the amount of$649,500 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
January, 2007.
