BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a garbage truck with hoist and
four (4) roll off refuse containers for the Solid Waste Landfill Division of the Public Works
Department through the Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)cooperative purchasing
program in the amount of$156,597.14 as shown below:
