BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco, Ltd., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of$1,491,195.00 for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
of Small Diameter Mains Contract - XI I.
