WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3) year contract for plumbing services
for City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, All Star Plumbing, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the estimated
total annual amount of $38,550 as shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by All Star
Plumbing, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by All Star Plumbing, Beaumont, Texas, for a three (3) year
contract for plumbing services for City facilities in the estimated total annual amount of
$38,550 as shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
January, 2007.
