BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a Caterpillar D6R XL track dozer
for the Clean Community Department, Landfill Division, from Mustang Cat, Beaumont,
Texas, through the BuyBoard contract in the amount of $262,542.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
December, 2006.
