WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and installing decorative carpet in the
Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Bruce's General Construction, Beaumont, Texas,submitted a bid in the
amount of $121,500; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bruce's General
Construction, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $121,500 submitted by Bruce's General Construction,
Beaumont, Texas, for furnishing and installing decorative carpet in the Julie Rogers
Theatre be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
December, 2006.
