BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the repayment to the City's HOME Treasury
Account in the amount of $68,363.19, from the Fund Balance in the General Fund in
response to a finding issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) for a home located at 4030 University Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
November, 2006.
