WHEREAS, the Beaumont Multi-Family Housing Finance Corporation relies on the
staff of the City of Beaumont to provide administrative services necessary to the
conducting of its business; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Beaumont Multi-Family Housing Finance
Corporation Board of Directors to establish a policy allowing all application and
administrative fees received from developers for projects past and future to be paid to the
City of Beaumont as fees for services rendered:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
BEAUMONT MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION:
THAT all application and administrative fees received from developers for past and future
projects be paid to the City of Beaumont for services rendered in the administration of the
corporation's business.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BEAUMONT MULTI-FAMILY
HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION this the 24th day of October, 2006.
