WHEREAS,City staff provide administrative services to both the Beaumont Housing
Finance Corporation and the Beaumont Multi-Family Housing Finance Corporation in the
administration of the Corporation's projects; and,
WHEREAS, fees received from developers should be charged to the Corporations
as fees for services provided by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves charging to the Beaumont Housing Finance
Corporation and the Beaumont Multi-Family Housing Finance Corporation administrative
fees for services provided by the City in an amount equal to the application and
administrative fees received from developers for past and future projects.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
October, 2006.
