ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' x 300.3'
PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED AT 3227 HIGHLAND
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' x 300.3' portion of an alley located at 3227 Highland Avenue, being a 20' x
300.3' portion of the alley beginning in the north right-of-way line of Chapin Road and
continuing northerly to what is the northwest of Lot 17 and the northeast corner of Block
1, South End Addition, Cityof Beaumont,Jefferson County,Texas, containing 0.137 acres,
more or less, as described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby
vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
October, 2006.
