BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal agreement with
Jefferson County for a Joint Airborne Law Enforcement Unit for an initial term of one year
with two additional one-year renewal options.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
October, 2006.
